Technical Details​

The new anti-corrosion coating adopted by our aluminum ceiling profile is a nano-ceramic composite coating, which is different from the traditional polyester powder coating. It is composed of aluminum oxide nanoparticles and silicon dioxide, forming a dense protective layer with a thickness of only 0.01mm on the surface of the aluminum ceiling panel.​

During the production process, the aluminum ceiling profile undergoes a strict three-step treatment: first, the surface is thoroughly cleaned to remove oil and impurities; then, it is pre-treated with acid etching to enhance the adhesion between the substrate and the coating;      finally, the nano-ceramic composite coating is applied using electrostatic spraying technology, and cured at a high temperature of 200°C. This process ensures that the coating and the aluminum substrate are firmly bonded, not easy to peel off.​

In addition, the coating has excellent hydrophobic and oleophobic properties. Water droplets and oil stains on the surface of the aluminum ceiling profile will form spherical shapes and roll off, effectively preventing moisture and dirt from penetrating into the substrate.      At the same time, the coating is resistant to ultraviolet radiation, which can avoid color fading caused by long-term exposure to sunlight through windows.​
