If no suitable existing die is available, a new extrusion die will be developed according to the approved drawing.

What aluminum alloys and tempers are available?

Our mainstream grades are 6063-T5 and 6061-T6. Other alloys can be supported on request. 6063-T5 fits architectural products, and 6061-T6 provides higher structural strength for mechanical precision components.

MOQ changes with profile structure and die specification. Generally, the minimum quantity ranges from 300 kg to 1000 kg. Small trial orders for customized projects can be further discussed via negotiation.
How much does an extrusion die cost?

Die price depends on profile shape, cross-section size and structural complexity. Our sales team will offer an accurate quotation after evaluating your drawings or samples. All mold fees are one-time charges for new custom profiles.
Can the mold cost be refunded?

Yes. The die cost can be refunded when your cumulative order volume hits the agreed target within the valid period. Detailed refund terms will be clearly written in the formal sales contract for both parties to follow.
Can you provide CNC machining after extrusion?

Definitely. We supply one-stop services including CNC drilling, milling, cutting and tapping after extrusion. You can receive finished aluminum components directly, which helps you save costs from outsourcing extra processing factories.
What surface finishes are available?

We offer mill finish, anodizing, polyester powder coating, PVDF coating and wood grain thermal transfer. Multiple treatments meet different anti-corrosion and decorative needs for both indoor and outdoor aluminum applications.
